This website lebanesepound.org (the "Site") is operated by a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and registered under file number 0008024101 (the "Operator," "we," "our," or "us").

2. What LBP Is (and Is Not)

LBP is a blockchain-based stablecoin that can be minted and redeemed 1-for-1 with USDC on the Base network.

LBP is not legal tender, a bank deposit, a security, or an interest-bearing investment.

The Site is purely informational. We do not provide custodial services, exchange services, or fiat on/off-ramps.

3. No Affiliation

LBP is not issued, endorsed, or regulated by Banque du Liban, the Republic of Lebanon, or any governmental authority.

4. Eligibility & Local Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that access to, and use of, LBP and this Site is legal in your jurisdiction.

We may geo-block or restrict access from jurisdictions where local law prohibits the use of stablecoins.

5. No Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Consult professional advisers before engaging with any digital assets.

6. Risks

Using blockchain networks carries risks—including smart-contract bugs, network congestion, price volatility, and regulatory changes.

You accept all risk associated with acquiring, holding, or using LBP.

All trademarks, logos, and content on the Site are the property of the Operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, LBP or this Site.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of LBP.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Santa Fe, New Mexico, under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
